Mushroom and Goat Cheese Crostini

  • Sliced mushrooms (100g)

  • 100g goat cheese

  • 1 ciabatta, halved.

  • Balsamic Reduction

Method

  1. Halve ciabatta, quarter pieces

  2. Sautee sliced mushrooms and spread over ciabatta evenly

  3. Crumble goats cheese over mushrooms and drizzle over balsamic

  4. Cook in pre heated oven, 190° C until golden.
