Mushroom and Goat Cheese Crostini
Sliced mushrooms (100g)
100g goat cheese
1 ciabatta, halved.
Balsamic Reduction
Method
Halve ciabatta, quarter pieces
Sautee sliced mushrooms and spread over ciabatta evenly
Crumble goats cheese over mushrooms and drizzle over balsamic
Cook in pre heated oven, 190° C until golden.
