Roast Veg

  • Suggested veg: Onion, peppers, courgettes, aubergines, carrots

  • 50ml balsamic reduction.

  • 20ml veg oil

Method

  1. Roughly chop veg

  2. Add veg to roasting tray, mix through with balsamic reduction and oil.

  3. Cook in preheated oven until soft and golden.
