Lemon Posset

This dessert is super easy to make & the flavors are incredible- silky citrus dream

Ingredients:

  • 600ml Cream

  • 200g Sugar

  • 3 lemons for zest & juice

  • fresh fruit for garnish- raspberries are divine with it!

Method:

  1. Heat 600ml of Cream with 200g of sugar to the boil.

  2. Simmer for 1 min.

  3. Add the zest of 3 lemons and 75ml of lemon juice.

  4. Divide mixture into pots or glasses.

  5. Leave to cool at room temperature.

  6. Garnish with raspberries or any fresh fruit.
