Lemon Posset
This dessert is super easy to make & the flavors are incredible- silky citrus dream
Ingredients:
600ml Cream
200g Sugar
3 lemons for zest & juice
fresh fruit for garnish- raspberries are divine with it!
Method:
Heat 600ml of Cream with 200g of sugar to the boil.
Simmer for 1 min.
Add the zest of 3 lemons and 75ml of lemon juice.
Divide mixture into pots or glasses.
Leave to cool at room temperature.
Garnish with raspberries or any fresh fruit.
