Maria’s ice cream with fruit

3 egg yolks and 1 full egg

1 tub fresh cream approx 450 grams                                       

1 cup sugar finely GROUND

Fruit tinned and lemon peel (optional)

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and creamy, add the cream that has been previously whipped, fold well and deep freeze overnight in a container. 

Cook the fruit until it boils, remove lemon peel, cool it until lukewarm, mash it and serve on top of the ice cream.
