This dessert is super easy to make & the flavors are incredible- silky citrus dream
Ingredients:
- 600ml Cream
- 200g Sugar
- 3 lemons for zest & juice
- fresh fruit for garnish- raspberries are divine with it!
Method:
- Heat 600ml of Cream with 200g of sugar to the boil.
- Simmer for 1 min.
- Add the zest of 3 lemons and 75ml of lemon juice.
- Divide mixture into pots or glasses.
- Leave to cool at room temperature.
- Garnish with raspberries or any fresh fruit.
